Touch-screen smartphones are great an all but it’s hard to replace the satisfying click of a hardware keyboard, especially when you’re on the go. Jorno is an ultraportable folding bluetooth keyboard that has taken to Kickstarter to raise funding. I do a lot of writing when I’m out an about and every so often it would be nice to hammer out an idea when I’m stuck with just my phone.

Jorno is pocket sized and even has a detachable crade/kickstand so you can set up the screen portion of you mobile office with the minimum of fuss. As replacing tiny software keys with tiny physical keys in lunacny, the keys on Jorno are just 15% smaller than standard keys.

Kickstarter is really great at nurturing small projects like this and they are $30,000 shy of their goal so head on over and get involved.
