We had a brief look at one of Jack Wolfskin’s High Voltage Jacket’s and now they’re back with a whole new range of snug and toasty winter wear. As with all Jack Wolfskin products, the standout features are the down insulation and the TEXAPORE waterproofing technology, designed took keep you warm and dry whilst you hike, climb and camp in the great outdoors.
The Zenon Jack is light at only 375g, windproof, and extremely water-repellent. The secret? Not one but two down fillings and a Fibrecloud filling to keep moisture out of the hood, shoulders and sleeves. RRP £140.00
The Free Me Half Zip Fleece jumper is a great insulation layer , with two-way stretch material so it’s comforting without being restrictive. RRP £70.00
Rounding off the ensemble, the Icy Park Texapore Boots are made from water-repellent suede, so they look better than you’d expect and are fairly lightweight. The membrane is waterproof but also breathable so it tackles the tricky task of keeping moisture out and but letting your feet breathe. The fine fibrefill insulation should also help arm you against the biting cold. RRP £120.00
