Does anybody need a wifi kettle? Probably not. Could it make boiling water a little more interesting? It just might.
iKettle is the world’s first wifi kettle. you can control you kettle from anywhere in your house with your smartphone – presumably you have to make sure there’s water in it first, but the kettle does have a 1.8 litre capacity. Wake mode gets you up with a “Good Morning! Would you like to me to pop the kettle on? Yes/No.” And then it’ll keep warm for a while if you’re not quite ready to get out of bed. There are also four temperature settings, so you can have your green tea at 80° and your coffee at 95°.
